How do I register on UAE PASS?

Register on UAE PASS by downloading the UAE Pass app and registering on your mobile via the link: https://selfcare.uaepass.ae/


Can I register on UAE PASS if I don't have my passport with me?

Yes. You can register as a visitor on the UAE Pass app by following these steps:

You can link your account by following these steps:
- Download the UAE PASS app.
- Create an account.
- Accept the terms and conditions.
- Choose the "Visitor" option.
- Click on "Passport".
- Click on "I don’t have a passport".
- Enter your personal details and register.


Can I register on UAE PASS if I am not a UAE resident?

Yes, you can register as a visitor on the UAE PASS app even if you are not a UAE resident.


Can I provide access to other users to manage my MOHAP account?

Yes, you can provide access to people with a UAE Pass account.

When you log in to your account at the Ministry, you will find the invitation option at the top of the page, where you can send invitations using the Emirates ID number of the invited person.


I have logged in with UAE PASS but my MOHAP account is not linked. How can I do it?

Click "Link account with UAE PASS."
Enter your MOHAP credentials and link your account.


Will MOHAP disable my account if I don’t link it with UAE PASS?

No, MOHAP will not disable your account.
Once you login with UAE PASS, you will be provided an option to manually link your existing MOHAP accounts.


Can I link my MOHAP corporate account if I login with UAE PASS?

Yes. You can link your account by following these steps:
- Login with UAE PASS
- Click "Link account with UAE PASS."
- Enter your MoHAP credentials and link your account.


Can I switch between the multiple accounts that I have linked with UAE PASS?

Currently, switching accounts is possible only if you log out and login in again.
You can select your preferred account on each login.


Who can I contact if I’m unable to login to MOHAP account using UAE PASS?

You can send an email to the application support team at mohap.appsupport@mohap.gov.ae
